What does the OCRCC believe

about the Bible?

We believe that the Bible is nothing less than God's revelation of Himself and His work to mankind. As such, we believe that it is infallible, inerrant, and authoritative. The scriptures of the Old and New Testament are the final authority for the Christian.

For a more detailed, formalized statement regarding our beliefs concerning the word of God, refer to the Articles 3 - 7 of the Belgic Confession, and Chapter I of the Westminster Confession of Faith. The Westminster Confession of Faith, though not one of our official secondary doctrinal standards is an excellent Reformed document that is great use to all Christians.
